Nothing upsets these internal vibrators with integrated inverters because the motor speed remains constant no matter what the properties of the freshly mixed concrete. The result: a job uniformly well done. In addition they prove their worth thanks to their maximum compaction diameter and topmost compaction performance. And all this with safety. Because arising electrical currents which could endanger the operator are switched off so quickly (< 2 ms) by the IRFUN that nothing will happen. And they are obviously also short circuit proof.

Flexible for all types of applications: Connection to a singlephase electric network without the need for an additional external converter.
Maintenance-free, long-life motor: The windings are protected against excess temperatures (up to 180 °C) thanks to the class H material used as well as thermal switches for all phases. On top of that the windings are vibration-proof as they have been potted with a special resin and because they are protected by an automatic current controller against 2-phase running.
Absolutely wear-free in the area of the inverter as there are no moving parts and because the electronics have been potted in a special resin, thus ensuring an optimum protection against moisture (IP 68) and mechanical loads.
High equipment safety: Both vibrator housing and frequency inverter are absolutely water-proof as well as protected against surges or low voltages. And excess temperatures will not damage the IRFUN, thus making it the appropriate tool for applications under even the most extreme conditions.
